Deck replacement needed
The top of this deck is only 16” above the dirt.
You can assume that everything underneath is rotted, as is much of the decking.
We want to replace it with something other than wood, that works with the existing upper deck (weathered mahogany).
Underneath the deck we want any sod removed and some landscape cloth and gravel put down — to prevent any growth and improve drainage.
