1987 Jaguar XJ6 Vanden Plas
The last year of this Series III body style (courtesy of Italy’s Carrozzeria Pininfarina). Considered the last of company founder, Sir William Lyons’s cars. Only made for export to the U.S. in ’87.
I've owned this car for the past 20 years. Still drives like new. Odometer correctly shows 82,900 miles. Never driven in winter. Always garaged. All original manuals, toolkit — cassette player (still works great). The original owner took the car for regularly scheduled servicing at the Jaguar dealership. Every year, I had an oil change and basic lube, etc., done as needed. The only issue is that the AC doesn’t hold a charge all summer (slow leak somewhere). Asking $10,000 or best offer.
